Red/Amber halos?

The goal is to find bulbs/LEDs that would turn the halos deep amber. Given that the 1er doesn't have DRLs to ruin the look, just having reddish rings would look quite evil. Of course red is illegal so deep amber will do. This is what I have on the E39... the DRLs and fogs are Nokya yellow while the rings are using a custom amber 1 watt LED to illuminate the ring.

You need to make the red rings blink then. I've had three bad xb360s so far, so I'm well aware of that pic.

It's more deep amber. Red is illegal. I'll post a video tonight.

I think red is not illegal for the angel eyes because they are considered DRL's because they are always on when the car is on, and when your lights are on at night it wont show as much. I dont think in the day time a cop will pull u over for having red angels just because they wont really show in the daytime.

99% of the time I'd agree with you. But what if the application is on a Crimson Red 1? One photoshop'ed example of an E92 comes to mind.

I'd get a beating in Chicago for Red DRL's
