All this discussion on the e-diff is making me have a much better understanding of it. I may just hold off on the LSD till we all get a bit of track time on the car. I'm also keen to change the final ratio on the car but will just wait till the decision on LSD is made. Btw Yearofthe1, quaife is about GBP900 (USD1800) for the hardware. How much does PG charge?

The Manual and Auto 135is are gear differently IIRC, which is geared to accelerate faster? and does the one that accelerates faster have a slower top speed?

slipkmaggot, that is correct. Shorter gearing will enable the car to accelerate faster, but will reduce the top speed. Someone on this or another thread calculated that the theoretical top speed of the auto gear ratio is 274kmh. Obviously in real world with drag etc it won't hit that, but it will still hit the 250kmh speed limiter. The down side of this is slightly higher fuel consumption.

I open for anything and will give the e-diff a fair shot. But i think i will miss the LSD when i'm at the autoX
