Hood extensions/eyebrows

I've already searched, but I can't find this again....

Last week I saw a photo on this forum of a 1 series with eyelids/eyebrows that looked like they had been added to the hood. In other words, the hood had been made longer to cover the tops of the headlights.

Anybody remember seeing something like this? Link?

I think what you saw is an Alpine White 1er in a signature, right? The hood is photoshopped to look longer. It looks quite nice actually, but it's not real.

I believe JLevi SW is working with us and vorstiener to create this type of hood.
Unfortunately for me, it looks like it would have vents. Not a fan.

Yeah, the one in that pic looks just great to me with no vents. MAYBE a power dome like the M3 has, but that would be it for me.

Yes. It is a shame that out of all these freaking companies, no one can put together such simple but awesome piece despite the demand. Sometimes as a 1 series owner I feel we are so neglected in terms of certain aftermarket goodies. Almost like we are just an afterthought with everything. I mean geez! Like for example HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR A DECENT FREAKING LIP??

think about the people who own audis..... they are in a worse position with mods to the few that even mod their audis...... It all comes down to demand and plus it may seem like everyone has a 1 but in 08 bmw only release 10000 IIRC and the 09 have only begun delivery so yea soon enough there will be more available for the 1.

I think that's the photo that I saw, although I don't recall reading this particular thread... (Maybe somebody reposted somewhere else.) In any event, that's pretty much the look that I remembered. Thanks for the quick response, guys!
