Cobb Stg 2+ Aggressive Virtual Dyno

Heres the virtual dyno of my car, I had a full tank of 93 octane fuel and a passenger together we weigh 420lbs... My Mods are as follows Cobb stg 2+ aggressive, Helix FMIC, AFE elite stage 2 sealed intake, PLM catless DP's and full factory exhaust! I think an N55 catless midpipe is in order (if anyone is willing to sell theirs or trade for my N54+cash if your selling or trading in your car let me know via PM) I am pretty happy with these results in regards to air fuel ratio and boost levels as I am going to be going BIG turbos in the very near future and these parameters will make a nice baseline before ATR gets released.

And just what BIG turbo are you going with? I'd love to see how the motor responds to a bigger turbo. I have an N55 and although the turbo is connected to the exhaust manifold, I'd still like to see some swaps on the 1. Good luck and keep us posted!!

haha this happened on e90 post i posted a typo its supposed to read BIG Turbos. I work with helix and right now we are in prototype of doing a turbine wheel replacement for our current upgrade turbos, if all works well I will be the prototype car for the next stage of turbos. If it doesn't pan out I will use the current offerings

At this power level removing the rear cats should net at least 15hp. I am also going to open the auxiliary opening on the afe intake and run a 2.5" tube to the cowl as I have already made a duct that will fit in the area.

I removed the rear cats and installed the fmic at the same time.I'm thinking now, most of the butt dyno gains attributed from the cat removal. That's pretty cleaver with the duct to the cowl.

I have some cats and scrap metal here that will pay for the n55 mids. I was thinking of tubing the n54 cats but time is something I don't have ALOT of these days!

I have read and heard that virtual dynos aren't very accurate...not only on bimmers, but other cars as well.

All dyno'd are based off of simple physics principles, as long as the correct variables are input and the test is run on a flat road with no wheel spin the results should be close to what you would see on a regular dyno! you are in the unique position to compare your Dynojet #'s to virtual dyno numbers if you get me a log I'll do the footwork for you!
