Which clutch kit to get?

I just bought a 2010 128i with 101k on it. its going to be a track car 90% of the time but I will need to take the occasional Sunday drive too with it.
My local shop said to get the Valeo kit with the flywheel.
I asked about a heavy duty kit and he said not to unless I have a leg of a body builder...which I do not have nor want.

Is this a good kit or should I look else where?

He said its about 800...
Thanks! Garth

I've been looking at the Valeo single mass kit too. Heard good things about it.

Yeah these cars won't make enough power to blow a clutch so you don't need to get anything fancy. Less exhausting for the track

+1. Went that route one time in a previous Corvette I had. After a few months of leg quivering at red lights, I swapped back for something more tame.

Do you sit there with the clutch in the whole time? Drop it into neutral and rest your leg!

Is the clutch actually bad, or is this preventative maintenance?

A local shop has an E90 328i with a real, no kidding 100k track miles, and it still has the original clutch...
