Probably a stupid question, but... Does the cluster store your odometer mileage, or is that done by the ECU? If it's stored by the cluster, what is the mileage? And is it PNP?

The mileage is stored in the ecu and anywhere else they can hide it I imagine. It read the correct mileage for me.

Looking at the gauge, looks like the redline is not dependent on engine temp like on the M3 gauge, but fixed like on all other 1er cars. Is that correct?

It will work. However it will not display what gear you are in like DCT Clusters will. I liked it this way. Made for a cleaner display and wasn't that hard to remember what gear I was in.

Yes it is fixed. The main reason for this mod is the White LEDs, 1M Gauge Faces, Red Needles, and 180 MPH gauge limit increase. Which is nice for those with M sport like me that can do the limited speed of 155 like 1M's.

Thanks for the interest. They are Boston Leather Headrest. Only reason I am selling them is because I came across a set of 1M Headrest.

VIN Decoder Results: Leder Boston 2/schwarz (LWSW)

I can ship if buyer is willing to pay for it. Im not 100% sure if there is a greyhound in my area. I have easy access to USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Edit- Turns out there are two Greyhound Package Express locations near me.
