Jezzer,

I'm gutted, as you know that is on my doorstep. Unfortunately I'm off skiing on the 14th. I'm determined to get along to some of these meets. Circumstances keep conspiring against.....

As an aside I had to get my other cars brakes done at the weekend so my wife drove in convoy in the 1m (risky I know). Anyway you don't appreciate how great the standard exhaust sounds when you are driving it and how awesome the car looks on the road from outside of it! Drove behind her with windows down listening to it all the way to the garage. Even better looking with this early uk summer weather!

When I was typing my response I actually thought about how great the sound would have been with the 10 or so cars on route to Silverstone two weeks ago. Gutted I couldn't be there. Two young kids and it being Mothers day counted me out of that one!

I dont suppose anyone got any youtube action of the group whilst on the route to silverstone did they?

You can count me in Just done 500 miles over the last 4 days, to the Cotswolds and back. Some lovely roads that way! As I stopped for petrol on the way back, the Porsche owner in front, came over to ask me what car it was and how great it looked! Did make me feel very special

Hi Jez,

Gonna have to drop out I'm afraid. The girly has made herself available Sunday and this is one of the rare occasions our jobs let us have weekends free of work.

She won't appreciate me buggering off to meet 14 blokes with the same car as me!

Still not seen another 1M on the road will have to wait a little longer. Even saw my first new M5 on the A406 this morning. For a brief moment there were eight poo on the same bit of road!
