1M in Project Cars - thought you guys might like this

A studio in the UK is working on a racing game due to come out this fall on all major platforms. Its WIP and they've just added the 1M first export ( as in not finished yet) to the pre-alpha build. I have to say its looking good for a first export, and I was excited to be able to rip it around the track. Here are a few screenshots I took, I'm also working on a video/trailer that I will post when its done. I should also mention this is all realtime, in game - none of that photomode or autovista from other games...

I have to say, pretty impressive for in game footage.

Are you guys building this with the Next Gen platform focus in mind (Xbox One/PS4) ?

Looks pretty sweet.

In the drift shots I was expecting to see the back wheels turning quicker than the fronts, like you'll see watching Advevo's stuff- can they? How much of the car handling is being calculated from real world measurements fed into a physics engine (ie spring rates, dynos, etc) vs "tuned" to simply make the car feel right?

hey guys, thanks for the comments & feedback.

I'm currently working on a trailer for the game should see it soon ( not just the 1m in the trailer though )

In the meantime I've returned with a couple more screenshots and some raw gameplay footage.

note: the game is Work in progress ( still in development )

-platforms are: PC, wii U , xbox one, ps4
-car physics are still being worked on
-sounds are placeholder (will be greatly improved)
-particles/smoke are getting overhauled as we speak
-ive turned off damage for this clip
-and i cut out a couple of the dings/crashes into the walls
(I blame the chase view & xbox360 controller i was using, not used to that)

This game is gonna be awesome!!

As it turns out, they used my car as the model to render the 1M in this game. Here are a few shots of my car during the scanning process:

I think it's pretty cool to have your car immortalized in a video game...can't wait to play it!!

Wow! Thats really cool that they scanned your car. I had no idea, must be awesome to know that whenever you drive the 1m in the game, it will be "YOUR" 1m!

Interior rendering is nice. What about a rendering of the 1M interior with the Navigation screen and iDrive?

Then you have to buy Assetto Corsa graphics wise a tad lower than PC I must admit, bit physicswise almost perfect.
