Detailer in Houston? Will detailing even fix this :(

I appear to have small white specks (of paint??) on the hood of my car.

Will detailing get this out? I'm so mad!!

Any suggestions of a good detailer in Houston

Try a clay bar. It should work and I think thats what they were created for in the first place. Overspray that is.
