LS3 Angel Eyes interest?

Hey guys, I found an amazing angel eyes kit on E90post and i contacted Bavarian Exclusive about maybe developing a kit for the 1er community.

check it out here:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=429957

jzhang just so happened to snap a pic at a local LTBMW meet

Anyway, they said I need at least 25 people on a list to start prototyping a kit for the E82.

c'mon guys, you know it's a sick set up!

I'll start it off

Please just let this styling trend die! This is as bad as the Altezza style lights that become the ricer calling card to complement the fart pipe exhaust on a beat box Civic.

does bbbradley even have a bimmer? first mod for most bmw owners is the angel eyes. i can't stand that piss yellow angel eye bs from the factory. lucky bastards with their fancy new BRIGHT IN THE DAYTIME angel eyes from the factory... these LS3 angel eyes are way brighter than factory though.

My wife has done a few mods to her e90 and still has her stock eyes. Just in the 3 blocks around my house there are at least 5 modded BMWs and they all have their stock eyes. In fact I can't say I have ever seen an aftermarket set of eyes on a BMW in person (and my area is swarming with BMWs and plenty are modded to some extent (when you take tinting, de-badging, etc.. into account)).

I am in bbbradley's camp. Aftermarket eyes just look cheap and trashy.

well, i can't say the same thing about modded BMW's in SoCal. if a bmw is modded out here, it's got aftermarket angel eyes. ANYWAY, this thread is for people who have interest in these. your opinion was GREATLY appreciated and will be taken into consideration. thank you for taking a couple minutes out of your day for providing your feedback.

LOL

Enjoy. I do recognize that we all have our own tastes and I'm not trying to change that.

I was primarily just responding to the "most bmw owners" point.
