New to me 128i fluid change info needed

2010 128 6SP manual...102k

My power steering is leaking all over...So I ordered a new filter/container and will flush it with the green 11s.

I saw that I needed an air filter and cabin one so I ordered all that on one order.

So it got me thinking...trans and rear diff and coolant...
Could you tell me what the capacity if for each and what is the best type to get?

Now Brake fluid...I plan on tracking my car so I was told to get a higher temp fluid and better brake pads...So what is a good fluid?

try online getbmwpart.com or pelican parts. They have good info and all of the fluids etc.

I like using Motul RBF600 for brake fluid on the track (and daily year round too). I haven't experienced any fade, but I do bleed the brakes before each event just to make sure the system is good to go.

As for brake pads, it's somewhat dependent on your track experience. Have you done track days or just starting out?

Coolant change info, sounds like for just a drain and fill you'll need one gallon of BMW coolant and one gallon of distilled water, create 50/50 mix and refill.

Do yourself a favor and download " Mike Miller's Lifetime Maintenance Schedule". It's the Bible for BMW maintenance and it's free. About 40 pages and covers pretty much everything you need for long term ownership. BMWCCA has his excellent tech. column in its "Roundel" magazine and members can get direct answers from him on tech. problems. Very well worth the membership fee.

Spark plugs - NGK ILZFR6D1LL - 6
MOTUL - Multi HF all-system hydraulic fluid - Power steering - CHF11S - 1L
Liqui Moly - Ceratec - 300ml
Liqui Moly - engine flush - i think 300ml, cant see on photo.
Mahle Oil filter - OX 387 D - though you prob need a more high performance once
MOTUL - Brake Fluid - Dot 3&4 - 1L
MOTUL - Inugel Expert - coolant 4L, mix with 4L water.
MOTUL - GEAR 300 - SAE75W90 - Trans and Diff fluif - 1L
Shell Helix Ultra 5W40 Oil. 6,5L
