Get some ceramic brake pads and all that dust will be gone.

I've been lazy and haven't researched this but how do ceramic pads fare on track?

Depends on the compound and brand but most "upgrades" should increase the friction as well as operating temperature to reduce brake fade. Of course usually there is a linear relationship with performance and sound/dust. Some race compounds can squeal a lot and let off lots of dust.

Try cool carbons maybe. They are supposed to be very low dust, low noise, higher (but not the highest) friction/operating temperature. Supposed to be a street/track pad.

Nanolex means you can wash off the brakedust with the hose / high pressue washer. You don't have to get in and work hard at cleaning it off. I was told this by my detailer.
