"Reduced Power" yet again...

So I'm starting to get tired of this "engine malfunction running at reduced power" message... First I had this a few months ago and Chang the low pressure fuel sensor and the boost reservoirs because of a cracked nipple... NOW, I'm getting the message from time to time immediately after having started the car and moving down the block or a few hundred feet. I turn off the car & back on and go just fine and even opened her up in S & Manual Tip and pulls just fine. Ideas why the message may be popping up? It's occurred 3 times and all have been after moving a few hundred feet after initial start up after the car has been sitting off.

Last time I went to Advance and their code reader couldn't pick up the low pressure fuel sensor being bad or that there was a leak from the boost reservoir even with the Reduced Power message constantly coming up. I do have a local guy though that can do it.

Most aftermarket scanners won't pick up the weird codes like that. I'd find someone that has an ISID, or an Autologic scan tool.
