lemma talk with Dave N / Chris B over at HPF and find out some more information. I know they had lots of discussions regarding BOV options, and that is one of the things that delayed the project for months. From speaking with their techs, it seems the synapse is much more preferred over the HKS for this application. (i am NOT a BOV expert, so i will keep my opinion to myself).

If flanges are interchangable, then its a no brainer. But if special tooling is needed then I would agree that its not cost effective. why do you prefer HKS? (just wondering...sound, performance/function). I was always leaning towards the TiAL or synapse cause it seems to be able to handle higher boost loads, esp it you plan on turbo upgrades. But again, I do not claim to know shit about BOV (just things i have read on the internet and brief discussion with techs)

The reason we chose the Synapse BOV is because it is the best on the market. It also won the "BEST NEW PERFORMANCE-RACING PRODUCT SEMA 2007"

I think he means that, the HKS doesn't really sound like the one in the video you posted. It wasn't tuned (closed) right. Just a really uninformed video IMHO.

A few companies sell a meth-nozzle tapped "elbow". Or you could go with a charge-pipe that has them, but you obviously already have the HPF so you would have to go with the elbow.

Here's how we've designed methanol to be incorporated into our turbo system. There are 5 methanol nozzles that run in between each cylinder for even distribution cylinder to cylinder. Remember, wet mixtures don't take turns. The fuel falls out of suspension and pools on the intake manifold walls.

HPF is pushing out a few products for the N54. Working on getting the exhaust and BOV kit released soon with continued work and time going into the manifold and single turbo upgrade.
