OK, thanks for the info and effort. Keep us posted on your expected time of arrival in Vipiteno/Sterzing. Once you joined our group, if during the drive further down South fatigue starts to kick in too hard for you and your co-driver, we will tell/show you where you can take a shortcut straight to the hotel, because - as you can guess - we are driving the curviest/scenic route towards the hotel, rather than the shortest/fastest.

Should you arrive 'too early' in Vipiteno/Sterzing, then consider the suggestion in post #112 (http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showp...&postcount=112)

And to all: to enjoy the drive, ensure that you and your gear are fit for purpose (check the condition of your tires, oil level, coolant, insurance, etc. before leaving). It's never a bad idea to take a spare bottle of oil (1 liter) with you, just in case.
