Yes that's true, but the car sold new for what, 110k fully optioned? Asking 90k plus for an often not optioned-out 3 year old car with 10k kms on it is pretty crazy, it's not like we have the population to vehicle ratio the US or European countries had. 200 was probably about right, 300 means we're in a constant state of oversupply where there's always a few for sale. That kills any 'super rare car' aura they enjoy in other countries, where you can go months and never see one for sale, and there's a hoard of hungry buyers just waiting to snap them up. Doesn't work in Australia, and that's why the most expensive ones aren't moving.
That's why they are not selling, you can ask what you like but it doesn't mean they are getting it

I wanted a stripper basically with really low km's and the newest one I could find and was willing to pay the little extra and that's what I got.

I'm moding mine and the money & labour I save not having to replace worn out parts is going to save me loads of money and basically works out the same.

Basically like everyone says, its what ever someone is willing to pay for it.

Yes that's the first think I'm gonna do. Removing it. I'm not a fan of it too. I might remove the CF front lip. At the moment I've remove the lower lip which is a bitch to drive with. I've also found out it cost $599 USD from revozport to replace the lower lip only !!!

Gratz on the pickup. I've sat in that car, the seats felt really really high up to me. Hopefully you can mount them lower.

Thanks

Yes agreed!! The seat is relatively high. Good thing for me is I normally sit this high but even that is still too high.

What you think of the condition?

That's one thing I didn't like, the seating position. But I've gotten used to it now. Someone did do a write up on how to mount it lower but I didn't want to go grinding away

I'm sure any car wrapping place can do it. But I'm sure you can also do it yourself. Heat gun or hair-dryer and slowly peel away?

Condition is fine but I didn't spend long with it.

The seats are BMW P seats from memory. Way too high even on lowest setting and too big for my frame. I think Pole Positions are the best go-to sports seat.

Only 10 1M's for sale at the moment on carsales and not one of them is from a Dealer.

Lowest number of cars for sale i've seen since watching them closely.

Will be interesting to see what happens once local M2 deliveries begin.
