Well maybe it is. The head of my dealership is a family friend. I saw the allocation sheet myself. And I dont think hed lie to my dad or me.

They are a BMW corporate owned dealership and one of the largest in the NYC area, so maybe corporate is giving them a few as a floor car for a bit to drum up attention (but that entirely speculation)

But basically i dunno

even though dec 1st was the rumored date, I heard it wasn't exactly finalizes because the mini E users just started last week (so they may be a couple days behind)

BMW's official stance is sometime in december right now. They've told us the dec 1st date isn't firm. They'll email the registered people when you can sign up.
