Strange misfire issue

My car has recently been developing a misfire problem on start up. It was on cylinder 4 and 5. I pulled the plug on 4 and it wasn't fouled nor was there any oil on it. I put that plug back in it's spot and swapped the coil packs to see if the misfire changed location, unfortunately I didn't have a chance to hook the computer up this morning but the misfire actually got worse, it sounded like I was driving a Subaru. The strange part is after the car comes out of "cold start mode" it runs just fine, no misfires at all even during WOT. Any idea what could be causing that?

I am running FBO + meth and the BB flash.

Have a similar issue. Multiple misfires on start up. CEL comes on, I pull over, turn the car off then on, CEL is gone, car is running fine. Happened on a couple cold starts recently but not every time. Running Stage 1 Sport.
