Help with speakers!

Hey all, I know there was a thread about this but just can't find it So please, I would appreciate if you guys help me out.
I recently replaced oem axle back exhaust and got me a straight pipe. Car sounds amazing but there is a weird beeping noise coming from my speakers. Not sure if it is all the speakers but mostly noticeable from driver side front twit. I had golf tee mod before by disconnecting the wire and have re-connected the wires after putting straight pipe.
What can I do to fix this?
edit:
beeping goes away when giving gas....

Did you zip tie the little tube shut? I think I saw that was the problem for someone with similar problem. The little tube that you take off for the golf tee mod had come unplugged. Take another gander at it.

There's a vacuum hose that attaches to the muffler. That hose needs to be plugged. I think that's part of the golf tee mod. I just folded it in half 3 times and zip tied it really tight. Try that see if it fixes it.
