The Sports Gunmetal is VERY close to Gloss black. All the wheels have shipped, take a look at the gunmetal once you receive them, and if it's too light for you we can exchange them for the Gloss Black at no extra cost.

I am not quite following on the gunmetal issue. Did 535 order the gunmetal or sports gunmetal? What is your real name on the list?

In the above picture, Are these the samples or the wheels we ordered?

If it is the wheels we are going to get, I still see sports gunmetal is a lot darker than gunmetal, so I m ok with me.

Or if possible, please have a photo of the sample sports gunmetal and the real production side by side taken and post it to all of us.

please give me an official response. Thanks.

As far as I understand the only colors that came in the GB shipment were Gloss Black, Hyper Black, Silver, and Gunmetal of the lighter variety.

There was always only going to be ONE gun metal choice in the GB. The question was whether it would be a lighter gun metal or a darker gun metal.

Some folks wanted lighter and some wanted darker. I signed up for "gunmetal" from the beginning and I personally wanted lighter but i would have settled with whatever the majority wanted. In the end when the shipment arrived it ended up being the lighter version. The ones installed on my car are the lighter version and I am VERY happy with it.

I'm just hoping they actually did order and receive the hyperblack....I also have a dark blue car and think the hyper black will give in a nice sparkle...

We can do a new color. Our current gray finish is Titanium Gunmetal which is ligther than gunmetal. We can do a dark gunmetal which no problems.
I guess there were problems! Major ones!

I have requested the R&D to start on the drawings but the more I think about it the more I realize the rear wheel should be a 19x9.0. What do you guys think?

Is anyone going with Continental ExtremeContact DW (265/30/19 Rears) for their wheels ?

Kris's Generals fit great and I'm hoping the Continentals are of a similar fit. Can anyone confirm the Conti's are good to go in-terms of having the same tire wall/shoulder and width as the Generals ? I'm concerned with rubbing of course.

Any feedback would be great as my wheels are arriving on Thursday and I want to get them on ASAP after a year long wait ...

Thanks guys

PSS 225/35/19 and 265/30/19. I'm lowered on V2's but I plan to roll the fenders. I'll let you know once I get them on.

So whats the plan if we don't like either? What are you going to do to resolve all of this Matt?
