Unraveling Diagnostic Report

Hey guys & gals, I just purchased a 128i with 53K miles on it. I also purchased a OBD device that scans everything and gives me a report on the status of the car. I have the report; but am not smart enough to figure out if I have any real problems or not. Do I just clear all of the codes and see which ones return? Need for some of you to take a look at the report and tell me how bad or good it looks. Here is the link:

Thanks a bunch for any help you can provide.
see ya

FYI, to get to that evernote requires a login, sorry, but not going to the trouble for this. Maybe try posting a screenshot of it, or pdf file?

Well you have a 128 that will give you thousands of trouble free miles with just simple maintenance BUT can cost you a lot of money if not serviced properly. Looks like you live close to Charlotte & Charlotte is HQ for Tarheel Chapter of BMWCCA. Join BMWCCA and you'll get a wealth of information including help to do simple maintenance and/or the best garages to get your car serviced. A badly leaking OFHG can spell disaster but is so very easy to change, as an example.
Cannot help you with codes; never had any serious issues with codes in 10 years of ownership of a 12 yr old 128.

Lots of codes, could be a dead/dying battery it seems.

To me it sounds like it was in an accident and rebuilt on the cheap.
Happen to have run a carfox before you bought it?

CarFax

Yes, I did get a CarFax and it was in an accident. The owner was following a pickup and an exercise bike fell off & he hit it. Air bags did not deploy and they did a decent job on the repair. No other issues. Seems to be completely stock. Looks good and drives very smooth. I cleared all of the codes and have driven it about 30 miles with no codes coming back.

Thanks for all for all of the comments.
