Advice on 135i (N54) possible purchase?

Not sure if this should go in this section or "Maintenance" section, will try this one first...my G20 lease is up soon and I am looking to get a 2008 135i (N54) that has 122k miles for a pretty good price. The 135i is mechanically stock, just cosmetic mods which I may or may not keep. CA/AZ car with just two previous owners, very clean Carfax with a lot of service records....so my question is how safe of a purchase would this be going by all the stuff they have addressed already below?....Additionally oil/filter changes, normal maintenance items have been done like clockwork..so mainly wanting advice on the list of stuff below..appreciate any advice!

All replaced @ 67k
Oil filter adapter gasket
Drive belt tensioner
Drive belt(s)
Alternator
Serpentine belt
Clutch

All replaced between 102k-119k
Radiator
Clutch
Spark plugs
Vacuum hose
Control arm(s)
Oil pan gasket
Valve cover(s) and gasket
Fuel level sending unit

Were the fuel injectors replaced at all? How about the water pump?
I had leaky index 12 injectors around 105k and replaced them with new ones. Running strong at 188k miles.
Water pump replaced at 80k and again at 180k (had to get towed)

These 2 would be the main concern for me personally.

I’m surprised the clutch was replaced twice so soon. I’m still on my stock clutch and it does not slip.

I would expect to replace the bushings eventually.

How much are they asking for it?

Things that might be coming up and hpfp, water pump, injectors (upgrade to index 12), turbos and vanos. I have a n55 which a maybe slightly more reliable but the gist is you will have to put decent money in the car to keep it on the road and daily Drive it. Either n54 or n55. If you are looking for more reliable look for 2011+ and if you want to make big power 500+ go with the n54.

Presumably you don't want another payment but you have that amount of income to save/spend on repairs. And it will need repairs within the same timeframe that lease was for. Those repairs won't be cheap, and keep going up.

So keep that in mind. You're going to be spending $3k+ in repairs in the next 3 years.

If the asking price is good and you're comfortable with it, buy it. They are good cars IMO. There are tons of high mile N54's out there that have been trouble free. Maintenance doesn't seem to matter near as much as downtime ... that is the cars that are occasional use seem to have more issues than those that never seem to sit still.

Personally I don't like the navigation screen in the early cars. But other than that there isn't any real difference interior wise.

Not worried about the clutch. Lots of people think they can drive stick but can't.

Just because the car is stock now doesn't mean it was stock last week.

Index 12s can fail out of the box, NBD.

Water pump should be replaced every 50-80k as regular maintenance.

I'd want to know when every seal on the engine was replaced.

Has the car received the updated cam ledges?

Brakes?
