Track and Daily Drive hybrid wheel...

Honestly, Apex's doesn't look the best. Advan costs an arm and a leg. Everything else is either too heavy or too weak...

Or... am I missing some wheels? Any other suggestions? Trying to fit some 235/265 on 2 degrees camber. Track 4/5 times a year. Any good looking wheels that's light and strong and doesn't cost an arm and a leg that I've missed?

Thanks!

Light and strong that look great, fit a 1 series and don't cost much??
Keep dreaming. Unfortunately, you basically get what you pay for.

If it'd have to be Apex, it's either Hyperblack ARC8 or Silver EC7. Black EC7 looks good too, but I don't want to go too aggressive looking. I stole these from fellow members here, sorry for the lack of credit, etc.

But really, looks-wise, VMR or Alufelgen has all these beat....

TBH, all three of those look great to me. Then again, if I can get a 255 tire up front, I'm not going to be too bothered my the aesthetic of the wheel.

Don't think you can get 255 up front without rolling fender, and adding spacers, among other things?

Anybody seen a photo of a AW135i with Anthracite EC-7s? Closest u found is then on an AW 1M, but then the concavity on that thing makes everything look good.....

This is just my opinion: If you are going to track 4 to 5 times per year, you should probably consider getting dedicated track tires and rims. Anyway, I'm curious what tires you are thinking of getting.

Thinking Direzzas. I already have Winter/Summers. Going Winter/Track/Summers is kinda crazy...

EC-7 and ARC-8 are the only set that really maximize the amount of tire you can fit on the rear axle. I think they look great, but whatever... Guess it is a matter of taste.

Until someone else comes out with a approximately +60 offset wheel you're limited. Nothing else is even close. You will never get a deep dish wheel that fits a 265+ tire in back or 245+ in front due to the suspension design. Welcome to modern designs that tuck the brakes into the wheel to save space, make the interior and trunk bigger, keep your legs safer in the front seats, etc.

I went with Forgestars $1500 for a set with the same offset/width as the Arc-8. Also will be going with Direzzas in 245/40 and 285/30.
