Help where does this hose go?

So my starter went out and dealer wanted $1100. I briefly checked online and came across a few videos on how to so I went ahead... im now starting to put all of it back together after removing n adding the new starter and i came across a couple hoses n im unsure where it belongs. Anyone know? Please help thanks.

I think that is a vacuum line but it for sure has something to do with throttle body
