Back in a 1er after 6 years!! Couldn’t be more excited!

I’ve been getting the itch for another small bimmer and the 2 series just didn’t do it for me, the 135iS is frankly more than I want to spend (and more potential maintenance down the road) so I scoured the Internet for days, weeks and months and found IT!

2013 128i 6MT with MSport @ 75k miles

Vin decode is VM55371

Manual Sensatech sports seats
No useless Nav
No comfort access modules to go bad
No adaptive headlight modules to crap out
No turbos to rattle or ingest oil.

ALL SMILES! As my cousin says, the only investment you get back from a car is smiles per gallon.

I’m waiting for the car to get shipped up to Massachusetts from Georgia but all in all, I think I found a proverbial needle in a haystack.

Can’t wait to smile every time I go out to my car in the morning!

Only problem is, I’m already researching exhaust, wheels and little extra bits.... wife’s gonna kill me

Love it! I know exactly how you feel because I do too. I look forward to my 140 mile round trip to the office every day.

Don't wait long. If you're looking for factory M accessories, they are quickly disappearing. Many of the popular ones are already gone.

Nice looking ride! Mine is equipped pretty much like yours, just in White. I wanted as bare bones as I could get with a manual. Looked for months and found it in Georgia too.

Congrats! I think the 128i is the perfect entry into BMW ownership for someone who can't drive something from the 80's or 90's for various reasons.

I would be lying if I said I wasn't biased towards 128's, though...

Congrats! I'm also in MA. My 128 is close to yours in spec. I was lucky to find mine locally last year. If you end up wanting to sell your OEM wheels, seriously let me know. I'd be very interested in them.

There are a lot of us here in MA. We need to have a 1er Meetup sometime.

Ride looks awesome. Would you mind sharing which shipping company you used? I’m buying a 128i from Atlanta and need to ship it out to me in LA. Seems like there are a LOT of sketchy shippers out there...love to get a real-world recommendation.

Congrats!! I always keep an eye on the 6MT 128i market and they're quite hard to come by. Especially with sport/M-Sport.

Congratulations, great find. Looked over 6 months for mine. Finally satisfied with my upgrading and just enjoying the ride. Just the greatest little car on a twisty road.

That’s a horse of a different color... I haven’t had good success with car transport companies in general. My car is currently a week late because the first guy didn’t show up when he was supposed to.

What? No slicktop? Seriously, a nice machine with nothing you don't need. You scored. I would have picked it up personally, then hammered it on the tail of the dragon or some of it's surrounding roads. At least that's what I did with mine.

Searched 17 months for my sport MT car.

Fly and drive man....

Come up tail of the dragon NC, back of the dragon VA and then up 81. Skip most of I95. It will be epic.
