Exclamation What should I do??

Ok,

So my BF was driving my car home from work (the one day i let him drive it)...and a lady hit my car on the bumper bumper nightmare called the 5 freeway going about 2-3MPH. Unfortunately he was not thinking because he didn't get her insurance info..

needless to say there's a small dime sized indentation about 1 inch to the left of the Tow Hook panel that pops off on the rear bumper where the diffuser touches the Bumper. It's not THAT bad to be honest to the point of not being noticable, im sure a good cleaning and BMW touchup will fix it, but should I be worried and file a claim? 2.5 miles an hr doens't seem like it would be damaging anytying but im kind of anal about this kind of thing...waht would you guys do?

I don't mean to be sexist here. But that role reversal made me lol a bit.

Aside from that my car has been bumpertapped once in NYC. Two holes where the front license plate of the car that hit me were. I've just lived with it for about a year now

Fortunately both cars were moving, one just a tad bit faster...im assuming it wouldn't be anywhere near as bad as being backed into kinda thin right?

no biggie. I just dont want anyone thinking im a chick lol. Not that it's a bad thing but yeah... haha. So Im waiting on what happens with Freakazoid...it may be just be a touchup situation, I dont think it's worth the potential raise in rates.

If it doesn’t buff out tell him to fix it. If I drove someone’s car and something happened I would make it right no matter what. Even if I did not get the other drivers info that is still my fault for not thinking to get the drivers info. I have jet skis and 4 wheelers I let my friends ride and vice versa. Its common knowledge if something gets damaged the person driving must fix it.
