Unhappy Coding BMW Performance Seats

Hi,

I am attempting to install BMW Performance seats in my 2011 128i, but with no luck. I can't get the computer to accommodate the new passenger seat. On older models, a seat occupancy bypass emulator solved the problem, but with 2011 and newer 1 series cars, a new coding has to be done. Any ideas where I might do this in central NJ?

You mean M-sport or the Recaro Sportser CS's from Europe? If the latter ECS sells a wiring harness I believe for those specific seats, which btw are super baller if you actually snagged those.

If you're talking about regular M-sport seats, don't see why you need coding. Emulators are only usually needed for aftermarket (airbag-less seats). And in that case you can buy the MS OC3 emulator if you can't find anyone to code it for you.
