Powder Coat color option

I am having an issue with the color I should powder coat my new performance brake calipers. My car is sedona red, so a lot of normal colors do not work with my car. Let me hear the options

Body color, gray, black, silver, or blue.

The blue used on the current performance calipers or slightly lighter appears to be the complementary color to Sedona Red on a color wheel and would really "pop", if that's what you're looking for.

Here's a trick for you. Print off a pice of paper big enough to cover the caliper, in a solid color. Place the colored piece of paper between the wheel and caliper. This can be done through the wheel. This way for minimal cost you can truly see what the color will look like., and you don't even have to take off a wheel. Hope this helps you and others.

Just remember not to do this if the brakes are hot.

While it would be bold, you might want to consider going with something similar to the yellow BMW Performance calipers, which I believe is old school BMW color phoenix yellow. Yellow and red go well together, though might be a little flashy for most people.

Thinking about a gold color (instead of yellow), but I am open to other colors

Gold comes to mind for me too. But the next question becomes what color for the wheels, will you be OK with them or feel compelled to do them next?

In my experience powder coated wheels, even done by a reputable shop, just don't hold up as well as the original finish. I'd suggest choosing a caliper color that will match the wheels you have (or that you plan to buy).

Gold may be that color, but keep the wheels in mind.

I'd second that. On a red car with black chrome wheels, I think gold calipers would like great.
