Oil leak N54 after a coolant pipe replacement

Hello everyone,

I need help, I have to change the 4 turbo pipes for the coolant. After reassembling the subframe and replace the o-ring and gasket of the oil pipes.

I tested them.
I let it run for 10-15 minutes and everything looked good, no oil or leaks, just a little smoke. Small lap of the car 5-10 minutes maximum 50 kmh (30 mph), everything goes well. I went to dinner and did a second lap of 10-15 minutes on the fast track I was great max 60 mph and gave a little more gas my not too much max 4 000 rpm.

I arrive home and the drama white smoke or the engine and oil puddle on the ground .

I raise the vehicle and there I am annoyed I do not know too much what is that has flowed, it is image is-who has someone who could help me.

Sorry if my English is not perfect I use a translator.

Thank you for any help.
