245/40/18 275/35/18 questions

I am getting CCWs and wonder anyone run those tires combo on the 1er? Maybe will drop a bit later, the back should be OK? I am worry about the front? I am ready to order some tires and leaning toward 235/40/18 pair with 265/35/18 but just a thought about go wider. Thanks
18x8.5 ET 45mm
18x10 ET 51mm
Spoke to John over CCW been told I can run 285 in the rear too but I doubt it

For the 275 rear I think you will need a 10 mm spacer based off needing a 62 or so offset. Sor the 245 front you will need -2 degrees of camber.
