2D1B accelerator pedal module, pedal sensor signal 1

Having this code stay on which can’t be cleared and puts the car in limp mode, done a bit of looking around & seen people have changed the pedal and it’s sorted the problem.

Having changed the pedal it’s still giving me the same code. The code come up first when I reset the adaptions via MHD.

Also have a JB4 installed if that could possibly lead to some sort of clue.

Is there anything else that could lead to this? As the code it self seems it would’ve been sorted by changing the pedal.
