Reducing the fender to wheel gap - Lowering just a little

I currently have a non-sport 128i and I just recently switched out my wheels to the stock 135i 18's with potenza 760's at 225/255, front and rear respectively. I now want to reduce the gap between the fender and the wheel without doing extensive work. So that being said, do you guys think it would be okay to just install some h&r oe springs that they say drop 1" in front and 0.75" rear using the stock shocks? Also, should I get the dinan rear bump stops so that I won't bottom out on the stock shocks? I don't have the money to buy coilovers or to spend over a grand on suspension upgrades, so please don't tell me to do that.

You should be ok but the ride may be a bit bouncy with the stiffer springs and stock shocks...the shocks may also wear out pre maturely...but you should be ok.

Get the springs and buy used 135i/128i sport shocks for cheap.
