Haven't noticed that many here in SoCal. Every once in awhile Irvine BMW hosts a Cars & Coffee. But I'd be down for a local 1 series meet up.

I've been absent from this forum for a long time; out of the country actually.

I'm back, and I remember there used to be a meet in Cerritos every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month or something like that. I don't know if that's still going on or not...wouldn't mind going to some car meets again

I know there's an "Import" meet in Long Beach - don't remember the day or time but from what I remember it was pretty big and hard to imagine it stopped just from the sheer volume of people. Like most meets, it always asked of attendees to not be obnoxious with their cars, and not be racing around the area; so hopefully it didn't get shut down because of legal reasons either.

I'd be good to go to any of those...do they still do the 1/8 mile drag races near/at Qualcomm stadium? Although pretty far from me, I'd like to do that at least once.

There were some events that used to get posted up here, I think RedLine Time Attack and Extreme Speed Events for Willow Springs and (I can't remember the other track). I've been out to Willow Springs a few times and enjoyed it immensely. I'd love to start doing that again too.
