I have not started the install but I did want to comment on the DV's. They are really nice looking I was not expecting what I saw when I opened the box. The DV's themselves are gloss black and have the Riss Racing logo on them, they look like engine compartment jewelry they are really well made. The pipe is powder coated black, the clamps are really high quality. I am very impressed with the whole kit, if they perform half as well as they look I will be very happy. Way too go guys on a great looking product.

This is for the power steering reservoir. If you have the RR intake, you will need this bracket for the installation. Should be included with all RR DDV kits.

Anybody ever replace one of these springs? I can't figure out how to get the diverter valve apart. I've sent an e-mail to Riss Racing but if it's easy like they say it is, then perhaps someone else can tell me how to do it.

*edit* nevermind, I got it. I had to remove them from the pipe, and one of them had to be run under hot water for a good bit, but they eventually came loose for me. I think now that I've gotten them open I'll be able to change the springs once it's installed.

All you need too do is unscrew the top. They are on very secure with a gasket since they are under a lot of pressure. Once removed you simply put the new spring in screw the cab back on and make sure the gasket is in place. If you need any other help email daniel@rissracing.com he will walk you through it via email phone etc....Thanks for the support

Well I've encountered serious problems. I'm wondering if anybody can help. I've e-mailed Riss however it's Saturday evening so I don't expect to hear back soon. I know this probably isn't the appropriate thread, but I'm desperate and hope this will be seen.

My issue is two-fold. First I've relocated the steering reservoir, although I don't like how that goes together. When I had the DDV and intake installed the filter was crammed between the plenum and steering reservoir. I'm going to work with it more in a bit, but first I have to get the DDV back in.

It seems as if either the DDV pipe is a bit two short, or else I'm running into an issue with the way the coolant and steering fluid hoses sit. The DDV doesn't seem to want to sit as low as I think it should because the topmost hose from the reservoir is sitting directly on top of a coolant hose. The DDV is pushing down on those.

As it is, I can't get the to meet up with the intercooler pipe snugly. I can have the silicon hose they provided be all the way on the DDV or all the way on the intercooler, but not both.

IMHO, this is a nightmare to install. I've spent hours on it. One huge problem is removing that small hose from the back of the engine bay from the original DDV pipe. We spent over an hour on that easy. Now all these fitment problems have turned into a disaster. I'm hoping once I get the DDV in place properly the intake will magically fit right, but I'm not to confident at this point.

Yes I have it. Unfortunately none of the pictures really show how all the hoses are running below it. Also there's not a close up of the steering reservoir that shows how the hoses are angled coming out of it. Also with their intake, the directions show the old bracket for the reservoir, which seems like it might be better.

I think I have it better now. I'm giving up for the night. My back is killing me and I'm worn out. I also ran into a problem where the bolt holding the DDV pipe to the engine is stripped. Actually the threads that bolt goes into. I had a lot of trouble removing that initially. Now I'm having trouble lining the holes up on that part anyways. Not sure what I'm going to do about that.
