Need help with engine noise pls

Hello, Im new here but I have a 2012 BMW 135i DCT with PPK and ~62k on the odo. Recently I got my car back and it has developed a rather scary noise. Upon start up the car ran smooth for about 2 minutes while waiting for it to warm up. After that a sudden squealing and scratching sound began to occur. I located the general area of the noise and deduced it down to the exhaust manifold side of the engine. The noise happens during idle and the RPMs do fluctuate on their own as well. The vehicle isn’t throwing any codes aside from a service due warning in red. The car has sat with intermittent start ups for about 6 months following an accident. I recently replaced the Pinion seal and the rear main seal. I also have a VRSF charge pipe installed. When turning off the car there is a crunching metal sound as well. I’m worried my turbos may be going out or maybe a timing chain issue. The damage during the accident was mostly all driver side suspension and body panels. Before the accident however, this sound would occur but very rarely. I’ll get a video of the sound when i get a chance for reference. But if anyone has any clues or ideas please let me now I forgot to add- I change the oil every 5-7k miles but the car hasn’t gone more than 20 miles in the last 6 months.

after driving the car a little to understand the characteristics of the issue i found these points:

•Car squeals after gaining some temperature.
Squeals more while turning, braking, at a stop or when first getting onto the throttle and when downshifting.

•noticeable interval when getting onto the throttle causes the squeal.

•squealing stops past 30 km/h but only when the wheel is straight. any turning from the wheel makes the squeal return.

•the higher the temps the louder and more consistent the squeal becomes.

•humming never stops( very faint and stable hum )

•car revs on its own randomly. seems to be more often after starting back up with temps at their respective levels.

starting to lean more towards a pulley ??? but i’ve seen vehicles with a similar sound and similar symptoms, but not all the same, having their rear main seals done, i’ve seen some say possibly belt tensioners or the bearings but i’m at a loss.
