Jb4 newbie, map 1 vs map 5 interesting
Hi Gents,
I'Ve recently fitted the following bits to my n55 135 dct, jb4 Stage 2, AA sport cooler, BMS CAI, BMS DECAT DP. I haven't ordered my USB cable yet...  I was under the impression it would come with the JB4.We have the equivalent to US 91 oct fuel. I started on map 1 and the car felt good, I saw approx 12 psi on the dash gauges. I then tried map 5, I did a few WOT RUNS and WOW WHAT A DIFFERENC!!! I now see 15 plus psi and the the car feels AWESOME. My question is I how safe am I on map 5 as I can't "log" and send info to the master Terry. Thanks in advance. |

Map 5 is recommended and you should be fine using it. Why don't you use map 2? You have all the downpipes and intercooler?

Nevermind, i think that requires 93 octane, my mistake

Yeah miro2296 my friend has the exact same mods and he keen to try map 2 with NF OCTANE booster but I'm not that confident...
Ive also still have to fit my meth kit... That should ensure things stay under control... |

We are on holiday in an awesome part of south Africa called Sabie. The roads out here are the BEST. MILES AND MILES of twisty roads... All I need is a full tank of gas and MAP 5
