Post your CSV files. List your mods, fuel, tune version, map you're running....guessing map 2? If map 5, how many adaption runs?
Obviously your post shift timing is horrible but you're seeing other timing hits as well. Guessing you're running 91? Your Avg. Advance is also really bad. As an example, map 5 starts at 3.5 (you're at 5) and should drop from there. Mine is usually less than 1 after a couple adaption runs.

Your post shift timing is poor, you're also running JB4 G4 with an old interface and I'm assuming an old hex file. First thing I'd do is update everything, preferably to G5, but at least go to the latest g4 interface and hex files.
He likely told you to lower your All Map AFRs to get your trims down. How many adaption runs on that map 5 log? I've always fought my trims...but I'm not running lean...nor are you and your HPFP looks solid. If those were my logs, I'd focus on my timing. That's where your power is. You can shove all kinds of air (boost) and fuel in to the cylinder, but the closer you're able to get to TDC without detonation...that's where the power is.
