You're going to need two cutouts, as the exhaust doesn't meet into one pipe until the axle-back, even then, it's not a clean collector, with which you could easily place a cut-out.
I'd buy two QTP electric cutouts, and plumb them in immediately after the DPs for the best performance gains. It will be insanely loud, but will be quite effective.
