Electric Exhaust Cutout???

I want to do this to my 135i but not sure on brand or size piping? Anyone have suggestions?

I know our mufflers have an actuator that does something. What would be really cool is if this actuator actually bypassed the muffler under WOT.

actuator controls the CANflap position.

You're going to need two cutouts, as the exhaust doesn't meet into one pipe until the axle-back, even then, it's not a clean collector, with which you could easily place a cut-out.
I'd buy two QTP electric cutouts, and plumb them in immediately after the DPs for the best performance gains. It will be insanely loud, but will be quite effective.

Not quite the same but you could just make an axleback with a Varex muffler.
