///M plate frame
Absurd question for you guys,
How "ricer" is getting a license plate frame with the ///M logo on it? My 135i has the M package, which I know doesn't make it anywhere near a legitimate M car and I'd hate to be that guy lol. Let the shitting on OP begin. Thanks. |

It's just a license plate frame. If you like it, then get it. That's what I think, anyway. BTW, I only have the rear plate and the frame is a slim style stainless steel frame with nothing on it. Nice and clean, goes with my exhaust tips and wheels.

I've never seen any issue with running the M plate frame. In fact, I find it kind of overkill and stupid on an actual M car which has plenty of badges to remind you what it is. On an M Sport package equipped car, I think it makes perfect sense.

My wife drives a 370Z with a rear plate frame that has a big Z on it. Again, why? At the very least there's a badge on the back of the car that says 370Z. I bug her about it all the time. lol

Who cares, its a plate frame. If its an Msport car it already has at least 7 M badges on it already.
On another note, I recently got the BMW matte black stainless slimline plate frame and its great and understated. Helps disguise the plate a little.
