procede installed, now trouble (P0108)

So I finally got around to install my procede v5 on my 2011 135i. After a few hours and a cut up hand, I finally got it installed. I let the engine warm up and on my first pull, blew the charge pipe of and cracked it. I got the car home (slowly) and had an ETS charge pipe overnight shipped to me. I got that installed and took the car out for a spin. I let it warm up and went for my first pull. Right around 3k-3.5k rpm the car studdered hard and check engine light flashed. I figured it might be the described first run adaptation, so I turned the car off and tried again with the same result. The car seems to drive fine when driving normally and not going above 3k. I read the code and it says it is P0108 (Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input). It seems this code has something to do with the MAP sensor. Any ideas on what could be wrong or how to fix it? Thanks ahead of time for the help.

EDIT: This morning I noticed the car also sometimes idles weird like it might die.

Next step is to either log the car or contact vishnu.

I haven't had an issues until I got the procede on... I don't see how I could have damaged the MAF with install

Vishnu has some pretty good customer support I'd just give them a call. Is your firmware up to date?
