Funny - Apparently I spend too much time with my South African wife.
I read it as M3 PREFECT. A prefect is a senior student that hasn't moved up to University yet in many British locations and ex-colonies. So I read it as though his car was studying to be an M3. Alas, I am quite confident I am wrong. He/she most likely is just a moron/douche. I mean, he/she does have a Napa Valley winery tag frame. |

couldnt afford upkeep on m3, bought a 128i as replacement and kept the vanity plate...
