That's great news. And yours sounded just like mine, right?
I've done some more test taking into account what I've read.
- Swapped front wheels with each other and the noise remains the same
- Cleaned inside of the wheel and hub - no diference
- Torqued everything under 120NM, then over 120NM and exactly 120NM - Same result

I noticed one other thing. Under hard breaking or bump sometimes I hear it as well.
I once seem to hear a single click from the front right wheel, but very rare.

I did the following test where you can hear what I think is the same noise.
Moving back and forward with hard braking:

No idea if it's the same cause.
Same noise as your first video. I never tried what you did on this latest video. Swapping wheels made no difference.

Since you lowered yours...could be.
Did you ever figure out what the issue is? I still haven't had a chance to look into mine, but I keep reading it might be the wheel bearing and apparently its an issue across many BMW models.

Hey JAAM, no groaning noise. I keep hearing this metal click click click noise from the rear during low speed (below 25 mph) tight cornering or low rpm acceleration.

Solved!

Turns out it was coming from the rear wheel. I actually figures out it was the rear the day before It went to the dealer.

Solution : there was some rust/dirt at the end of the output shaft, connecting to the wheel. They cleaned everything, lubed and the noise is gone.

Btw, this was the sound shot from the reae wheel :

Hope this helps some of you

Thank you! This helps a lot!

Can you let me know where exactly the dirt was from this picture?

The noise they fixed was the clicking noise from the first and last videos.
From what they explained it was the terminal of part 33207568731, next to the wheel nut. That part with some gearing.
You can see it here:

But it seems like some said that cleaning rust really solves a lot
