Service Engine Soon trouble codes

First of all, sorry if this is the wrong forum for this question.

Two days ago my Service Engine Soon light came on. The car seems to be running fine. I have an ODB checker (EODB-Facile) which told me this:

P1449: No description available
Last Trouble Code(s)
P1434: No description available
P1449: No description available
P2B3C: B' Camshaft Profile Actuator 'B' Control - Circuit/Open (Bank 2)
P2B3A: B' Camshaft Profile Actuator 'B' Control - Circuit Low (Bank 1)

I can't make much sense of this so I'm hoping someone here can offer some insight. I did some online searches and some people said replacing the gas cap seemed to fix the first 2 codes. I may try that first.

Does anyone have any other ideas what the problem(s) might be?
How urgently do I need to get this looked at?
If you know what the fix is, how expensive is it likely to be?
Is it a simple DIY project?

Car is 2009 128i convertible, manual trans, 109,400 miles.

P1448 and P1434 both seem to be the evaporative control system which is not very important in my opinion. I don't remember the code but I've had one for a couple years. The system trys to pull a vacuum on the fuel filling system and if it can't, the light gets lit. These are commonly called the gas cap code. I would try tightening the cap, clear the code and see if it comes back. If it does and you want it out, there is a DMTL you have to replace for about $100, on mine it's behind the passenger side rear wheel. I will probably do it some day. The ONLY thing this whole system does is stop the car from leaking a tiny amount of fuel vapor into the air. And the code isn't really saying there is a leak, it is saying they don't get the right vacuum reading.

Not sure what the other are. But my practice in general is to clear codes once to see if it was some kind of freak thing that set it off. You might want to try googling "P2B3C trouble code" or something like that and see what you get.

Based on info I received on a different forum my plan was to buy a new gas cap. But before I could get around to buying it, the service engine light turned off. I did fill gas seven days before the light turned off so maybe the act of removing and replacing the gas cap 'fixed' it. If the light comes on again I'll try a gas cap replacement first.

I don't have a way to reset codes so it took the car 7 days to figure out the problem was fixed.

I have a separate code reader but I usually use an app named Torque that I paid $5 for. You also need a OBDII to bluetooth adapter but those are less than $20 on Amazon. So if you want to read and clear codes you can do it for about $25. Torque is kind of fun to play with too. You can create gauges on your phone or tablet of any data going to your OBDII port.

I've got an OBDII (ELM327 I think). The app I'm using is the free version of EODB-Facile. The free version doesn't support clearing codes. In the Apple app store I see a number of OBD apps with Torque in their name. Do you know the maker of yours?

I looked and cannot find the maker. But what I use is "Torque Pro". There is also a free version that will not reset codes called "Torque Lite".

I think they're Android only so no good for me. I'll find something else when the time comes that I need it.

Yes, that is what I use. I have it installed on an Android tablet (I carry an iphone but it is for work so I don't put apps on it).
