M-Sport muffler off my 128i M6
I broke the flapper solenoid when removing it, but otherwise it appears to be just fine.

I'm not seeing the authentic BMW performance metal label [Made in UK] on this muffler.

I think this is an M-Sport muffler, not the actual Performance unit
Seller prob found an M Performance muffler for his car!

Not trying to rain on your parade, genuinely curious - the M Sport 128 didn't get any sort of special muffler did it?

I only see one part number and usually realOEM will have different part numbers for different option codes.

Also my 2013 M Sport is basically silent so

18 30 7 560 009 is the "standard" muffler for 128 and 135. 135 has a different part number b/c it has a 3 to 4 foot extension on the front of it. There is no "M" muffler. The performance muffler is exactly that, BMW Performance Exhaust, is made in the UK and has a metal label identifying it tack welded on the top. It has been NLA for 10 years or more.
