What the problem with the rear brakes?

Hi
A year ago i wrote here that my rear brakes making a bad noise and the car have a hard vibration when i brake and when the rear brakes get warmed.
Bmw dealer replace the brakes and after 3000 km it started again.
A few days ago i meet the other 4 m that sold in Israel and all the cars
have the same problem !
What the problem with the brakes???

i believe a friend of mine, who regularly track his car, had this issue to, i believe the dealer replaced his "rotors".
