let me clarify something:

It wasn't my intention to make arguments on this thread, I was just saying that "based on what everyone was saying about not much power gains on the Gruppe M Intake" that I would use the RR intake for performance and the Gruppe M Intake for shows... but when the M Intake comes out and adds a nice amt of numbers then sure id get it and use it for both show and performance. But like I said I was only was going off of what everyone was saying that the M Intake looks good but doesnt add much. Hopfully it does!

i think the point everyone is trying to make is that both open element intakes and aftermarket fancy carbon fiber box intakes do very little in regards to gains. saying things like that and "the motor can only handle 400WHP and the kablooey" limit our options and and our potential for these cars.

Well I hope the motor can handle well over 400whp i think theres a few people already over 400whp and doing fine?

I just can't justify spending that on an intake, even if it is top notch CF. I think you are better off with an aFe Dual Cone system.
