Any ECU removal/install information?

I have searched and come up with nothing. Can anyone point me toward step-by-step instructions for removing and/or installing the ECU in a 135? I have some info indirect from BMW, but the pics are hard to see and the instructions are vague in places. Has anyone done an FYI on another board, or something similar?

you need a small tweaker flat head screwdriver... 8mm socket....

Its rather easy to get to... search for JB3 install instructions, that'll get you to the ecu...
