Thought i would say hello to the forum. Just curious but, won't adding the Dinan intercooler bring the 1M's HP to (theoretically) over 420HP? Looks like Dinan intercooler add's almost 100HP to a standard 135i... James |

It comes with a supporting tune from Dinan. The IC alone might be good for 10ish HP but it's more of a mod to keep your power instead of losing it to heat soak that comes with elevated boost levels.

Thanks E90, do you think adding the Stage I or II Dinan sw will add significant boost levels that might cause heat soak?

These are a few nice graphs on why you would need a better IC - http://www.extremeturbosystems.com/B...duct_info.html

Hmmm... the only thing I'd maybe do is lowering springs... that's it. Black wheels, no way, I hate that. Engine, well ok, more power never can be bad, but it's actually enough for me (and I'll keep the BMW guarantee). Aftermarket carbon accents, no thanks.
