is it still possible to order a 2011 1 series from a dealer?

Nope. Ordering for 2011 ended in February. I had to wait to order mine when I tried in February, finally ordered a 2012 in May and took delivery last week. There might be a few floating around still, a BMW Client Advisor from the local dealer can help search for 2011's with the options you want from what is still out there. You may not get the exact options, but you might get close.

I tried to find a leftover 2011 135i in May; there wasn't that many; none of them matched what I wanted. I ended up ordering a 2012 instead.
