135 sport springs work on e46?

Somebody mentioned to me that the load weight index is the same from the e46 to the e82, so therefore you could swap springs. Anyone who I trust care to let me know if this is possible or not?

I'm seeing if 135i sport springs work on a e46 sedan.

The motion ratio of the rear suspension is quite different from an E46 to an E82, so I don't think this is a great idea, even if the springs fit.

No, as stated in the original post this was mentioned to me by someone who knows enough about cars to warrant me asking to confirming or denying it.

Word. Thanks that is what I thought, I didn't think there was anyway that it would work even if the load index's were identical...
